Location is within easy walking distance to Tabernacle, Wonderland Pier, 6th St. Surfing Beach, tennis courts, playgrounds, churches and Acme grocery store. Park your car in the garage & leave it for the week. Bikes are provided with the rental and are an easy way to run errands without getting in & out of a hot car.
First Floor: open floor plan with centrally located dining room (seats 21), front living room, side family room, one bedroom on first floor off the front living room, a laundry area off the kitchen with full bath (shower stall) & covered back porch with steps to a fenced in back yard. Second Floor: 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths (one with a tub, one with a shower stall). Third floor: (a $800 add-on to bottom rental) has inside and outside access. Third floor includes two bedrooms, efficiency kitchen and a full bath with shower stall. Third floor kitchen has a 17 c.f. refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot (dishes, cereal bowls, mugs & silverware). For safety reasons there's no oven or stove in the 3rd fl. kitchen. Front porch is 10' x 36' with glass dining table to seat 6, cushioned seating for 7 & 2 rocking chairs.
