Welcome to our Gorgeous Cheyenne Getaway. A newly renovated 3 story townhome in South Park Estates. It has all the bells and whistles or is immaculate. Main floor : 1/2 bath, Kitchen, & Living room , all three bedrooms & laundry are on the upper level. All new flooring through out to include carpet on the stairs. Huge walk out basement that is converted to a bedroom & family room. Kitchen cabinets have new fresh paint and hardware on them. Large dining area with a living room and a deck off of the dining room. Large fenced in back yard. Downtown Cheyenne is just a few blocks away where there are delicious restaurants, unique breweries, our state Capitol building and museums. Just a quick 10 minute drive to Frontier Days & F.E. Warren AFB
