As you enter, you'll immediately notice the spacious layout, expansive windows, and sliding glass doors that provide unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views, bringing the outside in. One of the major highlights of this home is its waterfront location. The private beach is just a few steps from the backyard and makes for an equally exquisite backdrop whether you want to lounge or have a fun-filled day of swimming, paddleboarding, or rafting. If you're an angler, our backyard is an ideal fishing spot. The abundance of water birds and shells adds to the location's charm. Catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, or enjoy the soothing sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property inside and out excluding locked supply and owner closets.

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.

2. Guest count must be accurate.

3. Dogs considered on a per reservation basis. Inquire if you have a dog you would like to bring.

4. No smoking anything inside the house

5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.

6. Please remove shoes in the house.

7. Rental agreement is required to be signed.

It’s a large house with a nice deck big backyard down stairs is just asking for a large party making it easy to go from outside to screen porch in to large tv room to game room two bathrooms if you’re looking to stay in the area we recommend checking out this place we believe you won’t go wrong

Gorgeous location on LI sound! The home was perfect for us. We had plenty of room to spread out and we relax. We enjoyed the deck and the bar area! We all slept very well and we actually loved watching the planes overhead! Lots of fun spots nearby to explore and are already hoping to come back in the fall.

Such a great little beach find! The house is private and tucked away on a dead-end street, with a huge water facing backyard and an absolutely enormous stretch of beachfront right outside the door. The raised ranch is nicely renovated, has two comfortable bedrooms, and the kitchen and appliances had everything I needed for a beach stay. If only I could find the blender lid…. LolThe beachfront access is really the star here. You have so much space to spread out and enjoy the water without feeling crowded. In the mornings, quietly go outside. You’ll see dear and foxOur only adventure was the kitchen bar window, which doesn’t quite close all the way. Apparently the local insect population received word that a new guest had arrived and took that as a personal invitation to join me. Flies, bees, ladybugs, you name it, they stopped by to welcome me to East Haven. I became a highly skilled member of the household pest-control division by checkout. A small fix to that window would make a huge difference.Overall, it’s a private, spacious, beautifully located beach house with fantastic water access. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend it! I absolutely would return 🤍

May 2026. Had a delightful stay; wish it could have been longer. A good location to explore local sights such as Audubon Preserve and PEZ candy factory. Be sure to try the local white clam apizza. Host responded quickly to messages including local restaurant suggestions. And thank you for a coffee bean grinder and whoever left bag of beans - a great way to start the mornings. The stove Induction burners took a bit of experimenting but we figured it out. Note location is just minutes from Tweed airport as listed in property description so expect occasional landings and takeoffs. Thankfully it is a regional airport with only two carriers so not busy all the time. Also note local parks and beaches charge a daily parking fee to non residents during the season.

We had a wonderful week at this house and couldn’t recommend it more. The place was spotless and looks like it’s been newly renovated — everything felt fresh and well cared for. It sits right at the end of the street, directly on the beach, which made for a peaceful and private setting.The view from the kitchen window is like a dream. The window is huge, and opening it early in the morning while making a fresh cup of Joe, with a light breeze coming in — that’s a moment to live for.The ocean was a bit cold for swimming during our stay, but that hardly mattered given how much there is to do in the area. We took day trips to Yale University, Newport, Cape Cod, and Boston, all within reach. There’s no shortage of things to see and explore nearby.The airport is very close, but there was only one day when planes were actually landing frequently and didn’t bother us much, our kids absolutely loved watching them. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive throughout, which made everything smooth. The house itself was the perfect home base after a day out. We had a great time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! There were three adults and five children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The swingset was a big hit and we loved walking on the beach even though it was a little chilly. We felt very private and secluded and had enough space for everyone to spread out and be happy. The property is very well maintained, and everything is very updated.Communication with the owners was fantastic.

Great location. Private beach, wasn’t too many people at all on the beach during our 4 day stay. Beautiful deck to sit out on. Lots of spaces for the kids to play. Nice play set in backyard- swing handles were sticky though. The trash was full when we got there, so was difficult to get any in. Someone came to take it to the street Sunday night, but once it was empty, they had other bags to add in, so it was already almost full again. Hot water didn’t work at first, but eventually started to, but first shower was cold. The airplanes flying over head was a bit much. Based on previous reviews, we didn’t think it would be too bad. But it was a lot of the time. Planes were leaving everyday from 6am-12am. Probably 10 each day, and they go right over the house so it’s very very loud. The light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, luckily there was a table lamp to use but was a pain to have to go over and turn it on in the dark. Our last night there, tons of lady bugs and small flys in the house in the dining area. We kept the doors and window shut so we aren’t sure how they got in, we think maybe the screen may have an opening somewhere that they are getting in, so I’d recommend leaving the glass door shut and not just using the screen. Overall, we did enjoy the house and it fit our family of 9 very well. House had tons of things to use for cooking, towels, blankets, sheets, a washer/dryer/dishwasher.

This place was fantastic!!! The wife and I loved everything about it. It was super clean. Had every thing we needed.The window in the kitchen over looking the beach is bad a#@! Spent alot of the time on the beach enjoying the great fishing. (About 3 hours before high tide was the best bite every day.) Everybody that walked by with or without dogs was super nice. We seen two eagles flying around a few of the days. Big airplanes fly right over you, we loved it, beats hearing sirens and trains all the time like we do at home here in Canton OH. Definitely in our top stays. Thank you so very much. Hope to come back again in the furure.

Great stay! The view was unobstructed and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the egrets and the boats and ships. Occasionally planes that flew over were loud but that didn’t bother any of us. It was interesting seeing them that close.The great room really was great, our hang out space for good meals in well supplied kitchen and hilarious board games.Each bedroom was comfortable with nice closets and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The ground floor den was our space to watch football games.The outdoor space was amazing: large deck off the dining room with perfect view and comfortable chairsnice swing set in yard fire pit which we all enjoyedbeach walks taken daily and I even found a little sea glassWe had a lovely time and would like to stay here again if we have another family gathering in this area. The hosts were excellent, very helpful. Great place.

We just had one wonderful week of vacation at this beach house. It was everything we expected. We had a walled area for the children to play in and the private beach was just outside of that. My family enjoyed swimming in the ocean every chance they got.The house is great. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and pots and pans. The grill outside is new and we ended up grilling on a couple of days. It was wonderful sitting on the deck enjoying a drink with the nice fire in the fire-pitWe enjoyed the open kitchen plan with a large window that opened up so we could enjoy the ocean view.Our host Marc was very responsive in answering my questions before the stay and responded to our needs quickly. If we ran out of any consumables he dropped them off within an hour. We are planning our next year family get together at this beach house already.

Nice beachfront house

The house is recently renovated and well equipped. Nice beach, and side yard perfect for casual bocci. Excellent communication and service from Savvy. One thing renters should know about is the proximity to Tweed airport: every arriving plane flies right over the house at maybe 100ft. Mostly just interesting when it is a prop plane but the jets are a bit loud. But there aren’t that many, and no planes after 11pm during our stay. This didn’t bother us. Otherwise everything super quiet. The house would benefit from a few additions like door mats, a grill, and a dish rack.

This bright and airy home is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It has many of the comforts of home and has peaceful views with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The host checked in to make sure everything was okay and was quick to respond if I had any questions. Although you see and hear planes from the nearby airport, the noise is brief & it didn’t take away from our experience. This home was the perfect place for a quick getaway to relax and recharge our souls.
