The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
From the condo's third-floor balcony, you can sip coffee made from the Nespresso espresso pod machine or cocktails at the table with beautiful mountain views as your backdrop. Listen to favorite playlists on the sound dock while you kick back in the living area on leisurely afternoons or boot up the Xbox One console for some friendly competition. In the evenings, bask in the glow of the gas fireplace and settle in to watch a movie or go for a soothing soak in the hot tub. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare vacation meals. Dine together between the table and a kitchen bar. Smart TVs in every room ensure you and your guests will lounge comfortably, particularly in the bedrooms thanks to the Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
