You'll have all the space you need to unwind in peace at this single-story home in Panama City Beach, ideally situated just two short blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Come home each day to a fenced backyard where you can play cornhole, nap in the hammock, or light the gas grill for a barbecue on the patio.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Panama City Beach, on a tree-lined lot with driveway parking that can fit a boat/jet ski trailer if need be. The setting is both tranquil and convenient - walkable to the beach and an easy drive to St. Andrews State Park (one mile), Signal Hill Golf Course (three miles), ZooWorld (four miles), miniature golf, shopping, dining, marinas, and boat launches.

Step inside to find a newly renovated interior with central air conditioning, an open living area, and ample seating. The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen, offering stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops, and a large island for both prep space and dining space.

In the evenings, leave the day's swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer and use the complimentary WiFi to check on the next day's surf report. There are TVs with cable and streaming capability in the living room and both bedrooms as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
