Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. Valcourt will begin on the building’s painting project Monday, August 18th. They will start on the north side to delay pool deck impact until fall. Per tentative schedule, balcony access will be unaffected until mid–late October, and partial pool deck closures will begin in early November.
