About this property

We are offering our beautiful, basement apartment for your next getaway. This home is located at the mouth of American Fork Canyon with easy free way access. Off street parking for one car in safe neighborhood. There is unlimited parking on the street.
This is a rebuilt/remodeled basement apartment with a private entrance in a beautiful home. All granite counter tops and custom cabinetry with three new mattresses June 2023.
The upstairs of the house is rented full time to a talented family who play the cello and violin. You might hear them practicing in the morning! We offer two box fans for white noise. There is NO ACCESS to the back yard. You are welcome to visit the goats, chickens, turkey and rabbits but please don't remove them from their pens. If you want to use the back yard for an activity, there is an extra charge of $50 per day and it is subject to availability. Message me for more information.

Quite location & nice rooms

It's a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood south of Salt Lake City. The kitchen is equipped with all pots, tools, and everything. There're lots of beds for our family and on-site laundry free to use. We'll consider this place if we visit Utah again.

Excellent property for the price

Lower level unit was exactly as described bi was in town for a week for work. I slept great with the cool temps and ultra dark room. I could hear the family upstairs from maybe 4-7 but never in the morning. I was surprised how quiet they were on the mornings. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean & Comfortable

Owner is kind and easy to work with. Great location if you’re wanting some incredible views at the Uinta National Forest. We had a beautiful drive through the mountains just minutes from this location.

Beautiful location

It was a great location and everything was just like it’s described. Tahna was very, very accommodating, and so easy to work with. We did not have any issues at all. It was a great weekend and a wonderful place to stay!
