The Space:
Our luxurious villa has a bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and full bathroom with a design that blends in with nature. Inside the same bedroom you will find a desk if you need to do home office work. The private terrace invites you to have your favorite drink with your partner while enjoying the sunset or the moonlight, either from the small private pool or under its pergola overlooking the sea you will experience unforgettable moments. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and a dining bar overlooking the sea to have dream breakfasts.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the condominium's common areas where you will find a swimming pool by the sea with sun loungers for all your relaxation.

The Neighborhood:
Punta Majahua is located on the beaches of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, north of Ixtapa in the small town of Troncones. There are fine dining restaurants, boutiques and a few supermarkets within minutes of the resort. It is a perfect destination that offers several outdoor activities, hike trails, turtle release, kayaking and above all its incredible waves for world class surfing.

Getting Around:
Troncones is very easy to reach, a 5 km straight road along the beach, we recommend renting a car or renting some bicycles as walking during the day with the sun can be intense.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have security personnel 24 hours a day. We will always be at your disposal to welcome you, show you around the house and help you with everything you need during your stay.
