Beach front

Very clean, comfortable and centrally located in town. Grounds well kept, quiet, except for the sound of waves on the beach! Perfect setting.

Had a great trip at Casa Hermoso

I went with my 4-year-old son to Troncones for his summer break. The place was just as described, everyone was really welcoming and the tool / beach we're awesome. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.

Great location

We loved the overall look of the property. It's new and has updated furnishings. The shared kitchen area is nice but missing a few key utensils/items. The fridge is small given that it's meant to be shared by 8 apartments. Note that the image online showing apartment names is looking from the beach towards the apartments so if you want an unobstructed view choose the apartments on the left in the image. The only challenge we found is that this is really a shared accommodation with a villa in the middle. The stereo system in the villa is very loud and the speakers bounce off all of the other walls, so you are at the mercy of t villa a little bit depending on who's staying. The space around the apartment side pool is limited and if even half the place is booked out it can feel crowded. Otherwise the owners are very responsive and helpful.

Sharon & Santa Maria Rivera had their dream wedding in Playa Troncones in February of 2020. Just a few weeks before the worldwide Covid19 lockdown.

It was during this time that they decided to fulfill their lifelong ambition of owning a tropical home.

“Hermoso Cariño” is the name of a traditional and popular mariachi song. This particular song is the one that Sharon and I decided to use as our intro to the wedding reception. After the ceremony. We are using the name of this beautiful song - and moment- to name our housing compound.
