Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, kayaking, and year-round fishing. Watch the eagles soar, and bunnies hop around. Enjoy your own private dock, a large shaded porch, BBQ, firepit area, and a huge backyard... rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats are not permitted. There are lifejackets, 2 kayaks, 2 pedal boats, and 2 standup paddleboards you can use.

Wonderful Place

I spent a few days there with 4 teens and we loved it! Lake Martha is gorgeous and quiet and the place has all the outdoor toys you could want. The house had everything we needed and is quaint but not overly cutesy like some rentals. There were no gratuitous signs telling me I was at a lake, which I appreciated! I would 100% stay there again.

Great stay at Anne of Green Gables Cottage

Nicely remodeled cottage core style cozy home. Peaceful and picturesque views and access to the lake. We really appreciated the coffee bar, nicely covered patio seating area, Corn Hole, Badminton, and watercraft toys, and board games. Also loved the chairs on the dock, so we did not need to carry any down there.We found everything we would need, and owner was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. We will definitely return! Thank you!
