About this property

You will absolutely love this private, pet-friendly studio in Sacramento! This is a newly constructed studio with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. You will enjoy wifi, a large TV for streaming, and a big sliding glass door leading to a secluded garden and shady porch. There will be fresh produce year-round you are welcome to help yourself to! There is plenty of parking and pet-friendly Temple Park is right across the street. Short drive to midtown and a quick walk to local parks.

This studio is a converted ADU that shares the same lot with a 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow. Each home has it's separate entrances and private spaces.
