This freshly renovated penthouse is situated on the oceanfront and is truly one of its kind. The open contemporary floor plan boasts stainless steel appliances, pillow top mattresses and modern furniture throughout the entire penthouse providing ultimate comfort and relaxation.

There are private balconies with sliding glass doors in all 3 bedrooms overlooking the luxurious tropical gardens, and ocean.

This Modern 3100 square feet penthouse is laid out on three spacious floors with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and porcelain tile throughout. The penthouse can comfortably accommodate 3 to 6 people with room for up to 8 people.

We are located less than 5 minutes away from fine dining, shopping, banking, eateries and additional beaches. The penthouse is also within 10 minutes drive to some of Jamaica’s top attractions such as Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphins Cove, Irie Blue Hole, Mystic Mountain and The Sandals Golf and Country Club to name a few. Want a more intimate stay….Enjoy Jamaica’s beautiful weather on any of the 3 balconies with stunning views of the gardens and ocean. Simply relax and let our housekeeper/cook Arlene be of your service to prepare the most delicious Jamaican cuisines in our well equipped kitchen. Two meals are provided daily with your stay which includes breakfast and dinner.

During the day owners and house staff are at your disposal for any request or to provide information about your stay. Independence and privacy are GUARANTEED. Laundry service are available for guests who book for 1 week or more. Linen changes are available upon request. Meal prep is provided at no cost, however, guests must cover the cost for the actual groceries and food. Tips are encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Must provide a detailed list of all guests names who will be staying in the penthouse for security purposes. Security will not allow guests on the property whose names are not provided prior to booking.

We want all of our guests to enjoy a memorable vacation with us in beautiful Ocho Rios . This is a quiet neighborhood therefore we ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10pm. If security is called for continuous noise violations or parties, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave and their payment will be forfeited.
