Escape to Jean's Dream a charming Cape house in South Chatham, MA. This delightful newly renovated rental features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 8 guests. Situated on Main St (Route 28), it offers central convenience. Enjoy easy beach access, with Cockle Cove Beach just 0.9 miles away. Step into the backyard and access the Cape Cod bike trail. Unwind with an outdoor shower, fire up the grill, and take advantage of ample parking. Your perfect vacation retreat awaits!--

The space
Walking in through the front door you walk right into the living room. In the living room there is a sectional couch and two large love seats. The love seats both pull out into beds and the sectional is large enough for someone to sleep on. If you continue through the first floor, you walk into the dining room and the kitchen will be on your left. The second egress for the building is in the back left corner of the kitchen. This egress leads to the backyard if you take a right and to the outdoor shower if you take a left. Back inside the house if you walk upstairs the bathroom will be directly in front of you at the top of the stairs. The first bedroom is on the left with two twin beds inside and the master bedroom is on the right with a queen bed and twin bed inside. Backyard has a grill, table with an umbrella, access to various outdoor games, beach equipment, and stairs leading to the Cape Cod bike path on the rear of the property.

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the outdoor shower connected to 2212. You have exclusive access to your half of the backyard. Picture from the corner of the property (starting in the middle) to the edge of the property line. Access to the rear stairs leading to the bike path is shared by both properties.

Other things to note
Cockle Cove beach is .9miles away. If you follow main street you will be in downtown Chatham within 5 minutes. In downtown you can access places like The Squire, Chatham Bars Inn, Chatham Breeze (Candy Shop) and various other retail stores and restaurants. You can book both properties on the lot if you notify us.

Cute Cottage in Chatham

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean and all necessities were provided. Host even has a nice bottle of wine chilled when we came in!

Great location and accommodating host

House was exactly what we were looking for on the cape. Great location and plenty of beds for a bigger group. Patrick was also great and communicated with our group whenever we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property and location for towns and trails.

The place is recently renovated and is clean, quiet and comfortable with all you need. Great location in between Harwich Port and Chatham, with just a short drive to each. Several local stores and restaurants in the area. Plenty of room for parking and a great outdoor set of tables and chairs. Includes everything you need for beech days and bikes for use on the bike trails behind the property.
