Our family room is fully equipped with comfort, including a full bathroom and 2 pull out beds; allowing the space to become an additional bedroom. A fully equipped private gym is included as well. The host was incredibly responsive and responded almost immediately each time I messaged, which was very appreciated. The house very comfortably fit 10 people. I appreciated that the house was stocked with plenty of silverware, dishes, pots/pans, etc. Overall it met most our needs and was a great location for my gathering. Of disappointment, was that I booked the house in part because it had a pool that we planned on using, but the pool was dirty. I was advised a cleaner would come, but I guess the original cleaner couldn't come and they did not try to find a back-up. The pool area is really cute, so it was unfortunate it was so dirty. We spent a little time sweeping away all the dead leaves around the lounge chairs and cleaning what we could reach in the pool ourselves, which wasn't the end of the world, but for the price I was paying I didn't really want to be the pool cleaner. There was also an issue with dirty bedding in one of the rooms, but the host had new blankets sent to the house the next day.
