The perfect stay at South Padre Island

The property was amazing. Joseph, the owner, was super nice, very helpful and available for any questions one might have. The location is walking distance from EVERYTHING. The beach is one block, many bars and restaurants within two blocks, grocery store literally across the street, convenience store, golf cart/vehicle rentals and everything that you would want to do on vacation is an easy walk. The garage is huge and having a third full bath makes the stay even easier (convenient to backyard, garage and front yard). Kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and dryer. Air conditioning worked well and there is free Wi-Fi as well. The house has a very private backyard for grilling (yes there is a grill) and hanging out. There is an outside shower for cleaning off sand from the beach as well as a hose for coolers, shoes and anything else. This will be my go to place on South Padre Island. Just bring your clothes, food and drink, the rest is worry-free.

AWESOME PLACE AND AWESOME OWNER!

The location of this place is awesome. Close to the beach, a supermarket, a convenience store, restaurants and of course the beach. Communication with the owner was amazing--quick responses and very kind messages. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Excellent condo to rent!

The best things about this condo is its quality and its location. Is super comfortable and you can walk across the street (even in pajamas) to a full supermarket (the only one in the island), liquor store, and convenient store. Walk to the entertainment district. Close safe and comfortable walk to the BEACH and shower off sand with your own exterior shower.
