My first time being in Lima Ohio, I was a little unsure at first, but it was very quiet, and had no issues at all. I got in kinda late and Roger was waiting for me on the porch to give me the keys and show me around the place. Very friendly and responds quickly. We had everything we needed, the place was clean, overall was decent. Thank you Roger for having us

This is an older house in a neighborhood with onstreet parking, but it is meticulously clean with a kitchen that has all the tools I needed. Air conditioning was more than sufficient to cope with a hot and muggy summer weekend. Bedrooms only have overhead lighting, but I travel with a lamp. No neighborhood noise to speak of so I had a very comfortable stay.
