Summary:

This centrally located, townhouse only minutes from downtown, USC, the airport, Riverbanks Zoo & the 3 main hospitals. Shopping & dining are within a quick drive. Keyless entry for easy check-in & check-out. Full kitchen with all the basic necessities. Wi-fi, smart TV with Roku. Washer & dryer inside townhome. Upstairs, each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.

*Mandatory $75 Damage Insurance Fee

*Early Check-in/Late Check-out are optional & collected through Guesty.



The Space:

Clean bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bed linens will be provided. A TV with Roku and Fast Wi-fi will be provided. Please enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:

The townhouse complex has only one way in and one way out. The neighbors are friendly and there are plenty of families living in the complex. Shopping and dining are within a short distance by car. Withing a few minutes you can be at a number of restaurants. Some favorites of people in the neighborhood are Real Mexico, Wings & Ale, Cracker Barrel, the Melting Pot and numerous national chain restaurants.



Grab-N-Go Late Nights, is just around the corner and is one of the best kept secrets in Columbia. Open until 4 AM, has great chicken, wings, seafood, burgers and sandwiches. Halal International Restaurant is another great spot for those that do not like eating the numerous chain restaurants in Columbia. It is a grocery store/restaurant and they serve Persian food. If you know, you know.



Getting Around:

Access to downtown, Ft. Jackson, and the zoo is within minutes due to our complex being accessible via three major highways.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting our son for USC family weekend. We were conveniently located to campus, grocery stores, and other activities. Highly recommended townhouse that is well stocked with kitchen supplies and even a washer/dryer if you happen to get tapped to do your kids laundry!

We decided not to stay after seeing the accommodations. It smelled of smoke, there was damage to walls and doors, the bed was unstable, the bedroom endtable was a plastic storage cabinet. I gelt unsafe in the area. Sever closets were unusable as they were atuffed with plastic-wrapped mattresses. The laundry closet was missing a knob, and just had a bare screw. The host was insulting when I raised it and yhreatened me wiyh a bad review.

I wish I could upload screenshots of our conversation so people could see that you are the only person who threatened to leave a bad review unless we initiated a refund. The rest of your review are just hyperboles based upon your promise to leave a bad review. You never mentioned a smoke smell or an unstable bed. Since you did not stay there, I wonder how you knew the bed was unstable? Not one previous guest has mentioned it was unstable. There are some scuff marks on walls and doors as is to be expected, but no damage. The plastic storage cabinet is in the closet is for guest use not a night stand. There are two closets in each room, and one has a extra mattress. Highly unlikely you would need 4 closets for 2 nights. I have been managing this townhouse for over 2 years and never once have we had an instance where guests felt unsafe. The police have never been called nor have I personally seen a police dispatched to the complex during the 100 visits to this complex. And finally, there was only one person who was rude and insulting and I am sure all future guests can infer who that was. If you happen to be a Host, I would avoid Sheila at all costs.
