Shinnecock Hills newly renovated eco-home. Eco-friendly/all natural/non toxic is a priority (incl. cleaning products used and no VOC paint). Quiet, tranquil & relaxing home. High ceilings, open living room, full kitchen with island. 2 bedroom (queen bed in each room) 1 bath (filtered water shower head). Washer & dryer. Filtered water in kitchen. Tree-free and bleach free toilet paper/paper towels. Large back deck with chaise lounges. Spacious backyard with handcrafted custom, local wood furniture. Lush native gardens. Great walking/hiking/biking in the neighborhood. 2 min walk to Shinnecock bay, 5 min drive to Southampton & Hampton Bays ocean beaches, 2 min drive to Meschutt Beach, just 1 hour 45 min from NYC. Easy access on/off 27. South of the highway. Walking distance to great restaurants!
