We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and in a perfect location. The owner was also highly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with another family and it was the perfect home for us! Plenty of space for sleeping. Lots of amenities included and fully stocked. Easy check in and out! Gaye was very responsive.

Great property, roomy inside.. enough space for our family of 7.. and another guest for 2 nights! Kids loved it, two short blocks to the ocean and everything you needed for the walk up. Close to shops and restaurants, we enjoyed touring the area and visiting the boardwalk/casinos as well. Overall wonderful vacation, clean property and accommodating hosts.. would love to book again!

Great house. Owners were very helpful and provide everything needed. I was very impressed with the set up and the care that is put into this rental. The house had everything needed to enjoy the week. We had a great time and created wonderful memories. I would reccomend this house if it looks like a fit for you.

This rental was clean, homey and had all we needed for our two week stay. We appreciated that linens, bath towels and beach towels were included. We also loved having beach tags provided since we spent every day at the beach! We timed the walk to the beach- 4 minutes! And the entrance there has a ramp which made pulling our beach cart easier. The owner was pleasant and helpful and always available to answer questions. We used the little room behind the kitchen in the early morning; it was far enough away from bedrooms so sleeping family members were not awakened. We enjoyed spending some of our dinners on the picnic table in the backyard. We were very satisfied with this rental house!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with this rental! The house is charming, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with just about everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home.The beds were very comfortable, and every room was thoughtfully equipped, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time in the backyard, it was the perfect place for afternoon cocktails, grilling dinner, and just relaxing after a day at the beach.The shed was another great surprise. It was filled with beach chairs, a wagon, cornhole, and so many other extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this is one of the few that genuinely made us feel at home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to enjoy Brigantine!

Beautiful place close to the beach

Really nice 3br home in a great neighborhood. 4 minute walk to the beach. Friendly people all around. We could not have asked for a nicer vacation. Very nice beach.

Perfect family rental- walkable to beach

Our family loved staying here! The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the short 2 blocks to the beach, easy keypad entry, grill with picnic table, and shed filled with all our beach needs. The welcome snacks were a lovely touch, along with plenty of beach towels. Our girls loved the bunk beds too - very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation Time

We all had a nice time! There was bowl of individual snack bags on the table. This house was very clean and organized! Everything was as described in the listing. It was an easy walk to the beach, the Pirate's Den Restaurant and also, the Farmer's Market at the Brigantine School grounds. All sheets, bath towels and beach towels were included. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The battery on the front door entry was signaling a low battery. The owner came quickly to replace it. The house was in a quiet, nice neighborhood. There was a beach cart/wagon, beach chairs and a cornhole game to use.

On Saturday, we usually stay in the small apartment on the second floor. Our home is less than thirty minutes from this property, so we are usually available if anything is needed. We are looking forward to being a host family, and meeting great people as our guests.

We try to make it as easy as possible for our guests, by supplying items that they can just arrive. We also supply the BEACH TAGS, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach cart.
