The House

Leaning over an extensive lawn, the landscaped garden design is a charm with Orchids, Bromeliads and many birds. The Casa de Cima plateau has a breathtaking view of the Forest of its property and the Serra dos Órgãos.

Constructed of solid clay brick, wooden pillars and steel beams, has all the floors of the rooms and rooms in mahogany, except the upper suite whose floor is covered by carpet.
It is composed of 6 suites and generous living room that has a decoration that mixes old objects, rustic furniture made of demolition wood, baccarat crystal chandelier, killins carpets and indian duhies, among others. The Room Theater follows the same line of decoration and features large LCD TV, DVD, Video tape and Sky. The light and the green invade the house in every room, through glass windows and a large skylight in the room that is pierced by the chimney of the fireplace.

Doors and windows open or run, integrate or isolate environments, according to the will of their guests.

On the front porch, on the coldest days, large doors of iron and glass, embedded in the walls, close transforming the space into a winter garden.

The kitchen is an invitation to the party for those who love to cook. For them, another large door, made of wood, hides completely integrating the dining room making the guest, chef, enjoy the company of others. If this is not the case, the door to the kitchen will remain closed, isolating our Chef in the preparation of his treats.

On the second floor there is an office / reading room with a computer plugged into the internet and a small library with various titles and the Dona de Casa suite.

Annex the main house, it has an edicule with barbecue, pizza oven, table / bench for eight people, steam room, shower and one of the 6 suites. Access to it is done by a wooden walkway. Translucent cover prevents people from getting wet on rainy days.

Next to the pool, we still have a pavilion with games with geek, pingui-pong, average pool and tv for children to play their video games.

All suites have 32 "LCD, parabolic, DVD, ceiling fan and appliances for cold air and water

Our sheets are all of percal 400 thread count, our feather pillows and giant bath towels and robe in pure cotton.

- Lemon Yellow Suite: King bed and 2 bunk beds under this;
- Lipe Suite: Queen Bed;
- Hortência Suite: Two single beds with 2 bunk beds;
- Beta suite: Queen bed;
- Dona House Suite: Superior suite, overlooking the forest on the skylight, closet and large bathroom with separate toilet and bidet and marble countertop with two tubs.
- Side Suite: smaller room than others but with Tv, air conditioning: Double Bed
- Suite Turquesa - It is the smallest of the suite and the only external of the main body of the house. It is located in the complex that makes up the sauna, barbecue and pizza oven. It has a double bed and, like the other 5, Lcd Tv and air conditioning.
