Banyan House is a fully private historic guest house complex in the Uptown neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This booking includes exclusive use of the entire property, reserved solely for your group.
The complex consists of four separate apartments across two buildings, offering a total of nine bedrooms, multiple kitchens, and independent living spaces. This layout is ideal for large families, group trips, and hosted experiences where guests want to stay together while still enjoying personal space and comfort.
The main historic home is arranged as two spacious apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each apartment has its own kitchen, dining area, and living space, along with abundant natural light, original wood floors, and a warm residential feel. The upstairs apartment includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the downstairs apartment features two private master suites.
A separate guest cottage on the property contains two additional apartments, each with its own kitchen and living area. These units provide added flexibility for couples, VIP guests, or smaller groups within a larger gathering.
Outdoor space is a defining feature of Banyan House. Guests enjoy a private backyard, a large outdoor deck suitable for dining and social gatherings, and a welcoming front porch. These spaces allow your group to relax, connect, and enjoy Florida’s climate without leaving the property.
Banyan House is well suited for ownership-approved hosted stays such as micro-weddings, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, corporate retreats, wellness retreats, and family reunions. Events must be disclosed and approved in advance to ensure the property is prepared appropriately for your group’s needs.
The property is located on a quiet, tree-lined street within walking distance of parks, cafés, and neighborhood dining. Downtown St. Petersburg, the Vinoy waterfront, Central Avenue, and the city’s museums and cultural attractions are all just minutes away.
Banyan House offers a rare combination of scale, privacy, outdoor space, and walkability in one of St. Petersburg’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of three pets.
