Home is a 3 story, 4 Bedroom/3.5 bath home with elevator (available with handicap certificate) is in the community of Arborgate at Perdido Key, home is less than ½ mile from local beaches.The Private Arborgate community consist of brand new homes built by D.R. Horton in early 2017.

Perdido Key is located in the far western end of the Florida Panhandle between Gulf Shores, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida and only a few minutes east of Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy several state parks and beaches, walking and biking trails and close to all the local restaurants. Home is also close to several shopping centers. Harbor Marina is less than 2 miles from community for boat docking at a fee. Beach chair service available during the summer months for a fee. Perdido Key is a peaceful oasis offering residents and visitors pristine beaches, gorgeous surroundings, and lots of activities without hassles and inconveniences of the crowds of Pensacola and Orange Beach.

This home also has a private back deck with grill included. 1 Master suites with private bathrooms and water views. Spacious laundry room with washer/dryer.

The living area offers plenty of seating and entertainment, with two sofas and 2 chairs that opens up to the dining room and kitchen. The dining area hosts an extension table seating for 10. There is also additional seating for three at the breakfast bar and a separate kitchen nook that seats 3.

The fully equipped kitchen features cream cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and utensils that a chef would need.
