Ground Floor - Bedroom one has a King bed, bedroom two has a twin over twin bunk bed, and a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 9)

1st Floor- King Master (Sleeps 2)

2nd Floor - Two twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4)

There is also a pull-out couch if needed.

Other Details to note:
This house is on an island, you will have the small-town feel of a beach town. This also means that you will not be close to the city and large grocery stores. So you should plan accordingly, they are about 10-30 minutes away (this depends on what store you are trying to get to, Walmart is close, but you have to leave the island, and is about 10 minutes away)

The kitchen and main family room are on the second floor. We have the elevator available for deposit if needed

Bathrooms on every floor

The home is in a cul de sac.

Kids usually hang out in the game room or kids' playroom, you will get to enjoy your vacation while they are entertained

Florida is home to many wild animals, and you may see them. We cannot control this.

Family and Friends Oasis

Love the house! This is one of the few times, I actually wanted to spend time in a VRBO! The children played games! We ate together and we watched movies together! All around awesome time!!!

Family Vacation

Our family stayed here for a vacation and had an amazing time! From the one-year-old to the elder in our group, there were absolutely no complaints. The space was warm, welcoming, and perfect for creating lasting memories.We truly enjoyed a blessed time connecting as a family—filled with laughter, love, and relaxation. It was extremely peaceful, comfortable, and just what we needed. Highly recommend for families looking to reconnect and unwind together.

Cleanliness was not up to PAR(showers, sofas, dishes, towels, oven ,etc) and also the tub on the top floor was missing a stopper——the main door to house does not lock when departing—-compared to other houses on the street, house needs exterior pressure washed

I have been a nurse for a while now in the ER and ICU. Everyone is sad to see me and happy to leave. I wanted to do something where I was in the business of fun, where people were happy to see me and sad to leave.

This place is 5 minutes from the beach and on the Key, You are close to the city but still have that beach vibe, with none of the hustle and bustle that Pensacola has

What makes this property unique

Have you stayed in any properties that have a rock wall, a slide, a game room, and their own bunk room to keep the kids entertained while you hang out on a balcony enjoying that Florida air? Me neither...
