About the host
Hosted by Bonnie Pranger
I am a first generation Canadian, born and raised on a farm in Southern Ontario. We are a Dutch Christian family and were raised to be disciplined, hard-working and honest.
My superpowers are my organizational skills, my attention to detail and my problem solving abilities. I value loyalty, commitment, and perseverance.
I treasure my family, friends, laughing, surprises, personal challenges and the little things. I look to the future while I strive to live in today and take time to reflect on the past.
A decade or so ago, my partner & I owned/operated a B&B out of our home, here in the Cowichan Valley before life took us to a new adventure in the East Coast of Canada. With another decade behind us and after a 4-year hunt, we've moved back home to the Cowichan Valley and are thrilled to be close to our family & friends again.
Hosting the Bed & Breakfast was such a rewarding experience that I was thrilled at having found another home that could once again accommodate guests. I truly look forward to welcoming you and your people and hosting you, even if it may only be virtually (as many things are in today’s world).
