This spacious 2bd/2bath duplex in North Brownsville is minutes away from restaurants/shopping, 25 miles from South Padre Island and 27 miles from Starbase, TX (SpaceX).

This property is fully furnished, includes a washer/dryer and 1 car garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, blender, regular drip coffeemaker and all essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

This duplex is quite spacious and also features a large backyard with a privacy fence.
