Welcome to our home. The beautiful 5-bedroom 4-bathroom home is located in central Scottsdale. Easy access to the 101.

A complete remodel. Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy your vacation. Enter through the wrought iron double front door into the large open floor plan that flows from living area into the dining and kitchen. Living area offers plenty of seating situated around the 70" wall mounted Smart TV. Two dining tables and barstools around the large kitchen island offer plenty of seating options when cooking and entertaining. Kitchen has all the necessities you need when cooking, including double ovens, double door fridge, toaster, blender, and a duo Keurig/coffee pot.

Bedroom #1: King bed w/ ensuite. The master suite opens onto a balcony with a seating area. Attached is an opulent bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, double Rainforest shower, and a spacious closet.

Great House! As Advertised!

Family getaway

My wife and I decided to take a quick trip with our three boys (ages7,5,4) and this place was perfect. Check in was easy, we got in late as our flight was late and the snacks they provide kept our boys from having melt downs. House was clean, comfortable beds, movie theater rocked etc..but the pool was were it was at. I think they went up the stairs for the slide and the two jump cliffs probably 100 times the first night! Also the location is great as it’s close to whatever you need! Highly recommend.

Needs Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home but not worth the rate. Far too much work still needs to be done for it to be worth the nightly price. Entire sitting/TV area by pool does not work. Ceiling fans outside and inside house (with exception of living room) do not work. Theater room never cooled down below 85 degrees to enjoy. Showers and sinks back up and toilets will not flush until they are all completely drained (us and our guests couldn't flush for over 30 minutes). Pool instructions do not match actual controls so figuring out how to turn slide back on (it's also preset to turn off) took about 45 minutes. Thermostats inside home reset themself back to 78 degrees at 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM so none of us had a good nights sleep, working ceiling fans probably would have made it a little cooler to sleep. Outdoor fireplace not hooked up for use (not the end of the world since it was so hot but warning others that may book in the fall). I sent all the info to property manager and they just apologized for "hiccups"... No offer to reduce the substantial amount we paid for a house NOT in working order. Pool is very, very nice (once you download actual instructions from pool controls website, don't bother with instructions in the app provided for house). Great location, clean home, fabulous pool (if you can figure out how to turn it back on), but it's a total scam until they can get this place fixed.
