Nestled in the woods of beautiful Welches, this serene, remodeled cabin features all the polish of new construction and is thoughtfully furnished with modern décor. Bright, airy, yet incredibly cozy, this home offers an expansive interior with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Convenience is key, as the cabin is located close to stores, restaurants, a library, golf courses, hiking and biking trails, and pristine lakes and rivers. Nearby Mt. Hood Village offers a quiet atmosphere where you can unwind and feel right at home. Just across the street, you'll find the Wildwood Recreation Site, a fantastic destination for hiking, biking, and swimming in the Salmon River. The cabin is also near the Sandy and Salmon Rivers, popular biking and hiking trails, and the famous Three Nines Golf Course. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Lake Trillium and Frog Lake for outdoor water activities. And for those seeking winter adventures, Timberline Lodge and its renowned ski slopes are within easy reach. During your stay, a cooler is provided for your local adventures.

The open and inviting living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. You can curl up by the wood fireplace on chilly evenings and watch a movie on TV. Each room is equipped with cadet wall heaters for additional comfort.

Behind the house is a picturesque picnic table and sitting area in the woods, complete with a gas grill for enjoying al fresco meals in a natural setting. The adjacent shed contains lawn games (including cornhole) and chairs to bring the entire group together. Life jackets and two paddle boards for all of your water adventures and children's sand toys. The shed has space to store your own outdoor items and belongings securely.

Things to Know
The outside firepit is not for guest use; only gas firepits are permitted.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
