NEW Listing!!! KINGBED, WALK to Downtown, VIEWS

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located establishment. This condo is located in an industrial building which was originally The Kerrigan Iron Works facility. It became a residential building in the 1980’s and it still has some of its original design. Since this is an older building which was not build for residence, it does not have elevators and the condo is on the second floor, please keep this in mind. Also the walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper we recommend wearing earplugs at night. There are quite hours and we get few complaints but we just want to make sure you’re comfortable. A perfect location to all the hottest spots in Nashville!! It is less than one mile from Broadway with serene views, and blocks away from Germantown. Close to restaurants, bars, farmers market, Titans stadium, and the Sounds baseball field.

This listing is new to VRBO but it is listed on another platform. I am a super host with great reviews.

Bachelorette Weekend
From start to finish our experience with the stay was outstanding! Excellent views, extremely comfortable beds and shower heads were excellent!!! The apartment was very spacious, more so than pictures show!! Overall, cleanliness, location, pricing and amenities were excellent!! Thank you for a great time!! We will be back!!

Great location
This condo is in a great location. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and it looked just like the pictures. It’s about a 15 minute walk and a $5 Uber ride to Broadway. There are restaurants and bars close to it too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love the cleanliness, proximity to downtown. River view was great ! We had a blast looking for Blake Shelton and watching the 9ers win!! 100% recommend this beauty!

Good for a girls trip
This is not a 5 star resort, but it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located if you’re looking to stay in Germantown. Slept 5 girls comfortably and the extra 1/2 bath and large mirrors were great!

Disappointed
When we drove up to the property I was surprised by the poor condition. After entering the condo my disappointment continued. It smelled and was dirty. The balcony doors and windows were covered in dirt and cobwebs. It looked like a build up of 20 years. The beds were rock hard and pillows like flat like cotton balls It said it had a pool but I would not feel safe sitting out by the pool. It is next to a river and we saw several raccoons. The hood part was we did not spend much time in the condo.
