A Gorgeous Tropical Oasis In The Heart Of Sosua

If you are looking for a well-appointed condo in a safe, tranquil and beautiful environment, which is nevertheless a stone's throw from all amenities you will not find better value.

A one bedroom condominium, newly refurbished to a high standard by an American contractor. Nicely furnished and well equipped. The bedroom features a queen size bed, two large closets, bedside cabinet, computer desk, security safe for valuables, ceiling fan, A/C and an en suite bathroom.

The modern kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, blender, microwave, water cooler, full size oven and stove, coffee maker as well as a dining table.

The nicely decorated living area comes with a settee, two chairs and a coffee table, and there is a ceiling fan to keep you cool. From the living area there is access to the private balcony. With the provided cable tv you have access to over 100 channels (including several in English - ABC, TNT, HBO, Fox, ESPN, SPEED...). WiFi internet is also included.

The condominium buildings are separated from the hustle and bustle of Sosua by a large car park behind the building and extensive, well-kept sculpted gardens to the front, featuring mature shade trees and many tall palms. Relax on a lounger by the large swimming pool or sit in the shade of a tree in the garden and you would hardly know that a mere step outside the security gate will take you into the heart of Sosua. There are three restaurants within 100 yards (and many more nearby), three banks and a mini-market within 200 yards. A 5 minute walk will take you to the main nightlife, beaches, casino international supermarket and shops.

In short, for the money we are asking this is the best deal in town.

Dirty (Sucio)

The place was filthy dirty and I stay here numerous time at this establishment. There were chinnish in the room and other little bugs. This is my worst experience here and the bed curtain was just plain dirty. This is unacceptable. I did not bother telling the Fransika about it. There are many people in and out and you must know cleaning is needed extra.

Oasis In Paradise

I have been going to Rep. Dom. for eight years passed this place a million times never knew this well maintain safe secure Condo property even existed. This was actually my first time staying in Sosúa. Garden Condos was everything that wish I had my prior 16day stay in Perla Marina. Tim referred me to Franziska a true professional team. Check in was simple place was clean and sanitized with sufficient state of the art pots pans toaster coffee maker stove oven tv Ac fans kitchen utensils and a good size refrigerator. It’s a one bedroom 2nd Fl condo with a terrace 1/2 bathroom in living room for guest and a full bathroom with state of the art shower with hot water connection. After spending 16 prior days boiling water at a nice villa that had no running hot water. I could feel the warm shower water all over my body it was therapeutic. 🤭I made good use of the on property laundry mat where they wash your clothes and linens for you affordable prices The propert show cased a Meditation Garden with a full length swimming pool and sufficient lounge chairs regular chairs tables with umbrellas. I give Tim Franziska Jubie the cleaning lady Garden Condos property management a easily earned 10+. I needed this to erase experience at prior property in Perla Marina. Had a great time here and fed the night security/gate keeper as a friendly gesture. Sometimes we have to get back thank you Franziska be well🙏🏾

My experience in Sosua, Garden Condos, #45

I'm a long time visitor of the North Coast of Hispaniola. My main goal is kitesurfing. So easy access to Kitebeach is paramount important. This accommodation gave me a spacious, airy and clean resting place. I didn't had to use AC at all. Had a big balcony to dry my clothes and equipment. Fridge is big. Everything works. Inside the complex is nice and quiet. The pool is big and well maintained. Kitebeach is 7 min away by car. Inside parking! Security for 24 hours! Franziska, the property manager is very helpful. I can honestly recommend this accommodation to single or duo travelers.

One time in Sosua

I arrived in Sosua late at night and the Manager (Franziska) had made arrangements with the security guard and they were waiting for me to arrive, and took me up to the condo which was unlocked and all prepped for my visit. It is a very nice condo looks exactly as shown and is quite safe. The surrounding area is a typical D/R residential not Main St in Disney World. It was about a leisurely 10 mint walk o Sosua Beach and non stop shops and restaurants all the way right down to and including the beach. The condo was perfect for me a single male and there were other couples in the complex who said they were quite happy with there places as well. I had access to 2 supermarkets for groceries both of which I walked to quite easily. There were enough pots and pans to cook anything I wanted but access to the BBQ was compromised due to some renovations on the patio. Thanks Tim I enjoyed my stay at the Garden Condos.

The Best First Time Experience

It was my first time in DR and it was a pleasure to stay at Sosua Gardens. It was just as advertised being secure, with a kind and friendly staff. The condo is far enough from the city center to be peaceful but close enough to walk to and from the nightlife. The condo was equipped whether you are cooking at home or having take out. I would surely recommend it for a single person, couple or friends. Franziska the property manager is a Godsend. I will surely stay there again.

Diamond in the Rough!!!

I have been to DR many times and stayed many different places with this being the nicest! It was more than I expected & everything was fine excellent. It's quiet, secure & off the main strip but not too far away that you miss anything!

Great people to help me

I had rented from Dec 28th to March 28th 2015 had a great stay and a wonderfull time ,great food at Sinatra's and at Romanoff just across the street.No car needed everything is close by easy walking to Sosua beach. But on Saturday Jan 24th I had a heart problem and had to come back home Franziska took us in charge and did everything for us including change money back to U.S. get us on board a fligth from United she knew everybody there Idon't tell you everything cause it would be to long. Again I want to say how much we felt secure during our stay.

A Home Away From Home

I stayed at this property for the entire month of November 2014. I was fortunate to meet Tim as he was in the country for part of my stay. I had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved to my total satisfaction. The place is as shown in the pics. The property is very nice and at a central location in Sosua. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Clean, Safe, and secure.

Set just outside the downtown of Sosua, this complex is far enough away to be quiet, yet close enough to walk to all attractions. On arrival I was greeted by the property managers sister and helped into my condo. It was very clean and even exceeded my expectations of a rental in Sosua. The manager of the property also helped me with a banking problem, for which I am very grateful. The security is excellent in the complex, which in my opinion is a necessity in this town. There may be other rentals available in Sosua, some even at half the price, but in my opinion this condo was well worth the money spent and is well appointed for a traveler seeking a longer stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone seeking a getaway without the stupidity and drunkenness that comes with an all inclusive. Friendly and suitable for; Families, singles, and couples. After a 4 week stay, I left with great sadness, and can't wait to make it back. Thanks Tim and Franziska for your wonderful hospitality.

Wow, where do I start? The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The ground are keep magnificently , lots of privacy, close (walking distance) to all the action Sosua has to offer (clubs, restaurant, Casino & beach) but far enough that you can enjoy the tranquil beauty of the Garden Condos. The staff gives you the feeling like they are only there to server you. Any minor issues I had were resolved in minutes by the very competent apartment manager Franziska. Thank you Tim & Franziska for my two month wonderful stay. It was the best in my 15 years of coming to Sosua!

Great place, and even better hosts

This is a great place to stay. It's in a great location. Far enough from the noise, yet close enough to walk to everything. The condo had everything that I needed. Tim and Franziska were great hosts, and went above and beyond to insure my stay there was a great one. I'm really looking forward to visiting again.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif . Il est très propre, bien équipé, calme . La literie est impeccable . La résidence est très bien située : proximité de la plage, des petits commerces et banques.L'ambiance entre résidents y est excellente .Elle est bien entretenue et très sécurisée . De plus, une grande surface se trouve dans les environs ( 500m ). Franziska qui en assure la gestion, est formidable : chaleureuse, très à l'écoute et très disponible . En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous pouvons recommander cette location à quiconque sera intéressé .

Friendly and accomodating owner and on site agent!

The unit was as described and the owner and Franziska the rental agent were wonderfully accomodating. Franziska helped with transportation, suggestions for sites to see and local establisments to visit! The other people at the condos were freindly and social! Security staff was pleasant and always willing to help! Had to cut my visit short and the owner was very gracious to help! Would recommend for sure!

Why they chose this property

After 25 years afloat I wanted a place ashore to 'sling my anchor' when I am not working. What immediately impressed me about Garden Condos was the sense of calm and tranquility once inside the secure gates, and how well kept the gardens are. The condo is pretty darn good too! As I am not planning to live permanently in the DR I wanted a place that is close to everything so I do not need a car.
