Our lake house sits atop a small bluff overlooking Lake Michigan in a quiet, residential area.
Unwind watching Lake Michigan sunsets from the hot tub or one of the many cushioned seats on the back deck. Awaken each morning to see how Lake Michigan is feeling that day, and relax with coffee, tea, or cocoa in one of our two spacious living rooms, on the side or back deck, or on the private Master-suite balcony. Bring groceries to prepare in our fully stocked kitchen or go out to eat at one of the many restaurants and bars in Mears, Silver Lake, Hart, Pentwater, or Ludington. Be sure to stop for ice cream afterwards!

With five bedrooms that sleep 11 people comfortably, this destination vacation home is perfect for large and extended families or groups of friends who enjoy quiet getaways close to inland and Lake Michigan beaches, sprawling state parks, sand dunes, wineries, golf courses, bicycle trails, dune rides, water-sport rentals, go karts, and carnival attractions.

Our entire 3,800+ square-foot home is available to guests, save for a few locked closets and the storage garage. We have a small carport and space for three vehicles to park comfortably. The lower-level Master bedroom has a queen bed, gas fireplace, couch, recliner, and smart TV. Two more bedrooms have a bunk bed each with a full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. The bathroom on this level boasts a shower with multiple jets and a hot-water safety tab for children (adults can easily bypass this feature for nice, hot showers).

The main level boasts a beautiful sunroom with a 12-person dining room table. A side deck holds a gas grill, picnic table with chairs and umbrella for comfortable outdoor meals, and lounge chairs for relaxing in sunshine or shade. The back sundeck overlooks gorgeous Lake Michigan with cushioned seating, deck umbrella, Adirondack chairs, gas fire table, and a hot tub that fits 6-8 people!

With two main-floor living rooms, each with its own gas fireplace and smart TV, there is plenty of space to relax indoors as well. And with bumper pool, a poker table, Wii console and games, cards and board games, a DVD player and selection of DVDs, puzzles, children's toys, and a karaoke machine, there is entertainment for people of all ages!

The piece de resistance is the full-top-floor Master Suite. Complete with King bed, couch, gas fireplace, smart TV, wardrobe, office space with desk and bookshelves, master bath with shower and candle-lit jacuzzi tub, this bedroom boasts two balconies: an interior one overlooking the sunroom and an exterior one overlooking Lake Michigan.

- Please observe quiet hours: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Only registered guests allowed on the premises—maximum 11 people.
- Park in the parking spaces on the property. Do not park in the road. Maximum number of 3 vehicles on property.
- DO NOT climb on the rocks. No lake access.
- No trailers allowed on the property.
