The perfect Michigan summer get-a-way! This single family home sleeps up to 9. The cottage is well-equipped with fully stocked kitchen and bath, wi-fi, 3 bedrooms along with additional sleeping in office and basement, and onsite parking. It is located minutes from downtown Fremont that includes shopping and restaurants. Meijer, Aldi, Walmart and more are within 5 minutes. This cottage has 4 outdoor seating areas, a gas grill, firepit and private dock where you can park your boat. You will have 55 feet of private Fremont Lake frontage with a HUGE yard to play in! Leave the city behind and unplug!

We have a kayak and stand up paddle board available for use along with a swim mat.

Boat, seadoo and additional paddle board rental and delivery available locally.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

The property and host helped make this a wonderful family trip and long weekend at the lake. Location is great and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us for an impromptu family lake vacation. This is the perfect lakefront house and property.

The cottage was very comfortable and roomy. We spent a lot of time on the deck with a great view of the lake. Nice swimming area. Adam answered any questions we had promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Love the cottage! Love the Lake! Wonderful large yard to enjoy. Fish or swim from the dock. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again. The host is very prompt and helpful!

Our family had a fun and relaxing time on Fremont Lake. Adam was very helpful throughout our entire stay. House is close to all the major stores you would need. Lake was great for all water sport.

Lovely home, pretty landscaping, quiet neighborhood, gorgeous sunrises, decks for morning coffee, a fire pit for late night cocktails, and every needed amenity! Adam was a gracious host that answered every question quickly. It was a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Michigan.

The lake house

Perfect size for our family of 9. Plenty of gathering spots to play games and seating for meals. Room for the kids to run in the yard. Swimming and sun bathing! We rented a pontoon and docked right on the property. S’mores by the fire pit. Adam the owner was quick to respond when we had questions. The location is close to shopping and family activities. We would definitely come back here!!

North Michigan Getaway

Beautiful property on an inland lake in Fremont, Michigan. Lot has a dock Fremont Lake. The house was very clean, fully stocked with dishes, kitchenware, and appliances. Beautiful decks and balconies overlooking the lake. Rented a pontoon boat for a relaxing cruise, lit a bonfire in the firepit that required only a match to light. Brand new Meijer's just over one mile away. Everything you think about in a northern Michigan getaway.
