Open, airy, bright house that is an 8 minute drive to beautiful Hampton Bays beaches and the bay, wonderful restaurants and bars, and just a quiet place to hang out and enjoy the deck, pool, garden and surrounding trees and birds! 2 Queen Size Bedrooms, and 1 sofa double bed room make this a delightful stay for families and friends to enjoy being together in a well equipped home! Pool table and exercise equipment in basement!

We are both college professors who love the outdoors! We really enjoy introducing people to Hampton Bays because it is often a town that is less familiar than some of the others on the east end of Long Island and it is so special.
Why they chose this property
Hampton Bays is a down to earth community that has fantastic beaches, great food and both bay and ocean to explore.
What makes this property unique
Our home is right off a main street, but is down a little dirt road, so it feels more rural even though we are only a few minutes from the downtown area where the shops and restaurants are.
