About this property

Enjoy your perfect getaway in this spacious and serene Mediterranean villa close to the beach and just minutes from the picturesque Summerland Village and trendy Montecito lower village. Set on over 2/3 of an acre and down a long driveway behind a gate, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into your own private retreat. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or brand new hot tub which both have stunning views of the local mountains. There is a dedicated space for those with a boat, RV, or trailer.

The spacious and fully stocked kitchen includes top of the line appliances and two, oversized refrigerators and ample storage space for you to cook your perfect meal. Meanwhile, the indoor outdoor flow of the great room allows for easy access to the serene and breathtaking backyard and cozy outdoor fire pit.

Each bedroom is private and quiet. The primary includes and oversized walk-in closet, to die for bathtub, and functional gas fireplace as well as a California king bed.

The second primary also includes a California king bed is directly across the hall from a full bath.

The kids room includes twin xl beds and is also across the hallway from the full bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is separate from the rest of the house (it has its own entrance and is a very short walk across the courtyard to the great room) and included a queen bed and 3/4 bath.

Additionally. There’s a separate office off the kitchen for you to be able to work remotely if needed. There’s also a laundry room with state of the art appliances.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We had a lovely stay. Thank you Sean for being so attentive and accommodating. Cute neighborhood, and the house is very well kept and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend of lounging, laughing and overall gorgeous in every direction you look. Hope to come back soon!

Spacious and updated

We thought this house was a great deal! It was well appointed. The rooms are generously sized and look out onto beautifully maintained grounds. The courtyard fountain does a good job drowning out the highway and train noise. The house itself is a bit remote from Santa Barbara tourist locations, which makes travel a bit longer during morning and afternoon rush hours as Highway 101 is the only way in, but it's very close to Montecito locations. The in-law unit affords privacy for another couple or relative. The listing doesn't mention it, but there is a clothes dryer and a TV (one in the living room). If you have a dog the yard is fully fenced in but the neighbors also have a couple dogs. Our kids enjoyed and got a lot of use out of the hot tub, which was easy to operate. Sean was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Grand Getaway

This property is absolutely gorgeous and was a lovely getaway for our family and friends. While the house could use a few more amenities, the overall vibe and comfort makes up for any shortcomings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would re-book with Sean anytime!

Lacrosse Tournament at the Polo Grounds

The home was beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with supplies and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking. We had great communication with the property manager. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to and from the polo grounds with ease. We will definitely be back!

Hi! My name is Sean and I’m originally from rural Idaho but have called California home the past 15 years. Im a full time yoga teacher and very passionate gardener. I also have a two and half year old son. I’ve always wanted to be a host to create the perfect vacation for family and friends to experience and am thrilled to finally have that opportunity!

This neighborhood has it all. It’s very quiet and friendly while being in close proximity to hiking in the hills and the beach. It’s also a short drive to the picturesque villages of summerland and Montecito!

This property is newly custom built. Its stunning details will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a home built for the Mediterranean coast! It’s on over 2/3 of an acre and extremely private,
