Top floor occupied by long-term tenant. Home is located on the bottom floor with a side room upstairs with a beach view.

2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval.

Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.

Be aware, this is an older home with a few dents in the walls and some uneven flooring.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
