We loved our stay here! It was exactly like the pictures portrayed and was fun and cozy. The hosts were very responsive and had everything on hand you could need as well as snacks for us. It was perfect for our mini family vacation which consisted of 5 kids and 5 adults. I highly recommend this house :)

Simply the Best!

One of the best places we have stayed in San Antonio with attention to detail and excellent customer service! Home has everything we needed and then some. The pool was amazing and the kids enjoyed the swing set. Beds and rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for us all. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

The house was great for us, the babies loved the backyard. Nice kitchen. Loved watching football in the backyard. More towels would have been nice. Hand towels and towel rack in bathrooms would be an added bonus.

Loved the cabin. Perfect for the three of us with all the games and hot tub. Only thing I would mention is to replace the skillets. The teflon has come off making it difficult to keep things from sticking

Sophia’s 13th bday weekend

We stayed in this home to host our family for our daughters 13th bday. The location is perfect because it’s close to the six flag park which is where we were spending the day with her to celebrate. However, renting this home allowed for the grandparents to stay behind and relax while still enjoying themselves. The house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners have paid tremendous attention to detail, with the welcoming tray of snacks, the hygiene products they have in case you forget yours, the seasoning cabinet, coffee, creamer, even Motrin in case you have a headache. The hosts even have a high chair and playpen incase you have a baby that would need it. Like I said, they truly paid attention to the little details. Very spacious, beautiful, comfortable home. This home is so nice and well prepped that it would do for a staycation, you could rent it for the weekend just to hang out in the pool and backyard with your family and it would be awesome time! We def recommend this home and plan to return in the near future!

First time Vrbo rental

The property is in a great location only 5 minutes from a grocery store… The a/c works great for this heat!Love the snacks- and lots of pool towels available….Lots of space to eat and enjoy hanging out! Easy to communicate even though I had lots of questions…The only downsides are taking everything up a few steps - kinda of steep from the driveway and no other access to take coolers etc in…. There are two bathrooms in the larger bedroom and one in the hallway that the other 3 bedrooms share - All the bedrooms are joined upstairs so there isn’t a lot of privacy Lots of mosquitoes- we sprayed with insect repellent but kids in and out of pool didn’t help so maybe have the yard sprayed to help - we had to come inside before dark because of this- bbq pits were dirty -little outdated so we cooked inside:) no biggy… But overall the downstairs area is great! The patio and pool area is awesome! They provide lots of extras!I’m not iPad savvy so I could never get the hot tub to heat or turn off and pool and hot tub run through the iPad but I’m old school …lolOverall the kids and grandkids enjoyed their first time all together and I truly enjoyed all the memories!

We’re happy to hear that your family enjoyed the pool, patio area, snacks, extra towels, and the space to relax and gather. It’s always special when families can come together and create memories — we’re glad our place could be part of that! We’d also like to gently clarify a few things for future guests: • Our BBQ pits are thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival. In this case, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding about how to use the propane grill — especially when cooking high-fat items like bacon and sausage, which can cause flare-ups if not monitored carefully. • The hot tub and pool are operated through a provided tablet with clear instructions, and we’re always available to help walk guests through the system if needed. Many guests find it easy to use after a quick walkthrough. • Mosquitoes are unfortunately a part of Texas summers, but we do treat the yard regularly. In addition, we provide insect repellent and mosquito-repelling candles for guests to use. Of course, there’s only so much we can do against nature, especially with frequent in-and-out traffic to the pool. As for the stairs and layout, we do our best to clearly describe this in our listing so guests know what to expect before booking.
