Wonderful house and host!

Our stay at this property was excellent. The host was highly accommodating, adjusting to our travel plans and making our trip significantly smoother. The house was impeccably clean and accurately depicted in the listing. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to everything we needed. Additionally, the host was extremely responsive and promptly addressed all of our inquiries. I will certainly choose this property again when visiting the valley.

Place was very clean and cute as could be Road was not great but that was do to new development in area My main complaint was that it advertised premium bedding and it was probably one of the worst beds I have slept on They need a boxspring under bed Kitchen need towels and pot holders for those so choose to cook

This place advertises premium bedding and is FAR from that. The master bed is so worn out it has a swell in the middle and is so uncomfortable. The other bed is similar to sleeping on the floor. The toilet & towel racks in the restroom are 1 second away from falling off the wall. The place is very unkept but has potential. Janky front/back door locks that leave the doors slightly cracked open. The water was shut off our last day and we were unable to shower and clean for checkout. If you have no other choice - it is a place to stay. But I would never book again.

RGV Labor Day trip

We enjoyed our stay here! Came from San Antonio to tour an open house, visit South Padre Island and spend time with relatives. The rental met our expectations. Only thing that bothered us was the neighbors next door coming and going late into the night. The cars sounded loud and their dog would bark each time so I docked a star in Neighborhood rating. Overall I would recommend this location and would stay here again if available.

It was small and cozy cabin. What I didn't like...the beds. Mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat with no support. Face and Bath towels were not suitable for guests. (we brought our own) Coffee syrup was dated 2023. Chips were expired. March. Property needed much attention. Location looked abandoned. Trash was piled up. Then later. someone picked up trash. Overgrown weeds/grass. Pots and pans not used due to not suitable for cooking. Upon arrival, we were apprehensive about entering but we had no other reservation. We slept. Attended the graduation. Then headed home. If the place looked more welcoming (curb appeal) I would gladly book again. Location needs alot of attention. Thank you.
