Nice Place

The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and spoon in the sink and trash in the can. I want to emphasize that the apartment was PERFECT otherwise, the bed was obviously just made and smelled fresh and was really comfortable! All necessary amenities were there with extras. Check on the cleaning person is my recommendation.

Great location, neat place

The place was cool and good for the price! Location was really perfect for everything we needed and the experience in staying in a garden apartment was really cool. My only negative was it hadn’t been cleaned very well since the last guest, who’d obviously had some sort of pet. There was a lot of what seemed to be dog hair in the blankets and the rugs and just sort of all around. And the shower was a little rough for my partner who is pretty tall. Other than that though, it was a great stay and a really cool experience! Owner was nice, and the check in process was smooth. Parking permits were provided for street parking, and we were there Thursday-Friday and parking didn’t seem to be an issue.
