Perfect condo for me and husband

Our host thought of everything and more to make it a memorable and easy vacation. I’ve never stayed in a place that had so many essentials. We brought essentials but didn’t really need to. Would love to stay there again some day.

This beautifully decorated condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony over looks the pool and the ocean. Our hostess, Sharon communicated well and anticipated our every need. The only thing we had to bring was our clothing and some food. Plenty of extra linens with comfy beds! Thank you, Sharon! We will be back!

We had such a great time visiting here for a few days in June. Sharon has a great condo and has taken the time to furnish it with everything you will need. This condo is truly amazing with views of the beach, the beautiful court yard with a large swimming pool. Also, the pool is heated during winter. I enjoy communicating with my guest and reading their reviews. Fortunately, I have had such kind guests from all over. Why they chose this property

Very clean and quiet area located on the beach, surrounded by a tropical paradise. Beautiful resort-style swimming pool that is well maintained year-round and heated in the winter months.

What makes this property unique

This is a beautiful condominium in the best location in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Located at the end of drive and no drive on the beach. There is also an access ramp and public park next door which is great for children.
This condominium is walking distance to Chase's On The Beach, So Nappa and Izzy's Taco and Ice Cream which is across the street. More reasturants, ice cream shops, and boutiques are located on Flagler Avenue only a 5 minute drive from the condo. Boston Fish House and The Garlic are just down the road, about 3 min drive from the condo.
Chateau By The Sea is very well built and very quiet inside this unit. Decorated with coastal decor with a retro theme and direct beach access just steps away from beach making this condo the most unforgettable vacation.
The grounds are well maintained with a beautiful court yard and swimming pool. The entire condominium is only 3 stories high, This unit is on the 2nd story with great views from the balcony, living room and inside your bedroom of the Atlantic waves, courtyard and swimming pool. There are elevators and carts to help with your luggage. It is an easy drive from Orlando, Sanford and Daytona Airports.
Enjoy having your morning coffee on your private balcony and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean each morning.
