Beautiful house with a pool and a big backyard. 30 mins to downtown DC, 15 mins to Rockville, 18 mins to Tysons Corner, and 5 mins to shopping areas and (Montgomery Mall). Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and yet close to where you want to go. Large pool and fully fenced very large backyard to enjoy during summer days.
House has a very large primary bedroom and attached bathroom with electronic DTV shower system and steam shower. Includes a whole house water filtration system. There is a private office in the main floor with two 32 inch monitors and very cosy living area with high quality furniture.
There is no access to the basement as this is a separate unit for rent with private access.
You will have the entire nearly half acre fully fenced backyard with pool all to yourself including a large deck with gazebo and dining table and chairs. Enjoy your home away from home.
