This incredible upgraded south west facing 2 bedroom plus office sub penthouse condo is situated in one of the best locations in Calgary and right beside a protected environmental reserve (ravine) that weaves through the community with extensive recreational walking paths. You will have the beautiful rocky mountains at your fingertips only 45 mins away. This condo has beautiful prairie, and community views. It is only a 5 min walk to Aspen Landing where you will find all the amenities you will need. You will also be a quick 10 min drive to Downtown. The condo has 1510 sq.ft of pristine designed living space with a formal entry, side by side laundry with built in cabinets, beautiful open concept kitchen/dining/living, and an incredible massive wrap around patio with a panoramic view! The bedrooms are located at either end of the condo giving maximum privacy and each have their own bathrooms. This is a brand new unit that is fully equipped with all you will need for your stay.
