The condo is located in Greengate, a small community in South Fort Myers between US 41 and Mc. Gregor Blvd. Close to the area's best attractions, shopping (e.g. Bell Tower Shops, Costco, Target), dining, entertainment (e.g. Barbara Mann Theater), sports (Golf, watersports, fishing), medical and business offices. Southwest Florida International Airport and Beaches are 15-20 Min. away.

1st floor. Bright and airy with nice sized rooms. Screened lanai to landscape, access from both the master bedroom and living room and pass through from the kitchen. Living/dining room with breakfast bar, TV flatscreens. High speed Internet (WiFi).

The sidewalks provide excellent walking trails for miles throughout the area.
Lakes Park is a 279-acre public park located along Gladiolus Drive, just minutes away.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Johann’s place. It was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything Fort Myers has to offer. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great! We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect accomidations

We loved our stay at this property. It was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. While feeling very secluded, this property is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood with everything just a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here.

Week visit for baseball tournament

Great location near everything. Clean, fully equipped, comfortable, and well kept. This has now become a first choice for me when in Ft. Myers for baseball tournaments. Extremely well managed and inviting.

Beautiful Condo

Our host made checking in a breeze. We found the condo to be extremely clean and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had anything you might need for family meals at home. The condo looked exactly like the photos. We would stay here again.

The place was spotless, although it had a slight odor of cigarettes. The place was close to everything which was very convenient. The owner had a nice tourist book available to check out things to see and do in the area. The neighbor Jim was great about checking in to see if I needed anything.

Baseball Followers

We came to Fort Myers to watch our son play baseball in the Roy Hobbs tournament. First of all, this condo had most anything you could want. Beautifully decorated, great location, the beds were very comfortable and we had the pool practically to ourselves. It was centrally located to all the fields and stadiums we went to, which was a big plus. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Feeling Like Home in Ft Myers

Overall, the process was customer friendly, easy to navigate. There was a short delay in receiving approval due to unspecified matters between VRBO and the property owner. All went smoothly after this was resolved. The owner has a contact person on the property which was helpful. The property was very comfortable, quiet, bright, and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. It was nice to have a pool, carport near the entrance, lanai, and laundry facilities.

This condo is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed in the Master was really comfortable. I wish I could be as positive with the grounds. I was disappointed that the pool had caution tape all around it and although it is pictured in the listing, it was not available. The owner allowed us to rent an extra day, because our flight was canceled due to flooding. He also responded promptly to any email and left plenty of information that we would need to know

I do not live in the area. The condo association informed me that the pool would refurbished in the summer. I did not get an exact date. I offered the tenant a compensation which was not accepted.

Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren schon oft in der Fort Myers Region aber das Appartment hat noch mal einen ganz neuen Eindruck hinterlassen. Es fehlt an Nichts, so dass die Bewertung ganz kurz gehalten bleiben kann: zu 1000% weiter zu emfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

This was an excellent rental. It is clear that the owner of this property takes pride in the property. Everything we needed was there, check in was super easy, communication was very responsive and the condo is beautiful. Owner has really thought of everything! We will definitely be going back!!

Property in great location. Very quiet. Well stocked condo. As an older person, a chair in living room would be preferred over a sectional sofa only. Listing should also indicate that the condo complex is also no smoking. (No smoking on walkways, steps, lanais, pathways). Had to walk to edge of parking lot in order to smoke and this would be helpful to know ahead of time.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Super easy check in process. The property manager Jim was a nice guy, and was always available to answer all of our needs and questions. The TV can be a little tricky in the living room. It seems like the people before us got some wires mixed up and we had to have someone come in and fix it for us. It is in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Exactly as expected

This was our first VRBO and it was exactly as advertised. The pictures were very accurate and absolutely no surprises. The condo was well stocked with many of the items you’d expect and more! It had a great layout, cabinets, appliances and furnishings were very nice for a rental unit for sure! If we find ourselves needing accommodations again in the area, we’d for sure stay here again!

Great quite location, well built and maintained

Upon arrival I was happy to see that the condo was clean and very well maintained. I reached out to the onsite contact, Jim, and was happy to be treated like an old friend. Getting the TV to work may be a little bit of a challenge if you do not understand streaming services, but luckily that was not an issue. The issue ended up being dead batteries in the remote, Jim came over right away and replaced the batteries. Beds are in great shape and kitchen cooking utensils are what you usually find in rentals. Water was hot and shower was powerful. Units are very sound insulated, I never heard a neighbor. If I have need to rent again, I will definitely consider returning here. The only thing I would suggest, the pool area could do with occasional rinsing of the pool deck from birds, the water was clean.

Beautiful Condo conveniently located

Very well maintained with cozy, comfortable beds! The location was only about a 15 minute drive to my fathers retirement community. The Internet goes in and out a bit, but I made it work.
