Wonderful stay

We had such a lovely time in Texas, partially because of the house. The spa, the rooftop deck, and the deer that come to greet you and your coffee was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Then maybe my daughter will stop crying about how much she misses Texas.

Great Stay!

My friends and I came down to stay here over the fourth, and even though most of our plans got rained out we had a great time just hanging at the house. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was perfect and we were even able to see fireworks from the rooftop deck. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved the deer in the yard every morning and night. It was close to lake. My adult kids loved it and we had a blast.

Family Weekend

We stayed at this property to visit my daughter who attends Texas State. It was perfect for us. We loved how it was away from the crowds but still in the center of everything. Everything was easy and clean. I loved the hot tub and the roof top deck. It was a wonderful experience!!

Such a cute place!

We absolutely loved staying here. We were here for a lake weekend to celebrate birthdays. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us! We loved the hot tub and the gorgeous rooftop deck (not pictured but has amazing views!) They have the place very well stocked with dishes, trash bags, and paper towels! They also have a grill that isn't listed and it was great! Would come back again!!
