Upon entry to the Dallas house, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive balcony. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.

You'll love being greeted by natural light and a cozy atmosphere inside the Amarillo house. A large TV and quaint sitting area is the perfect place to relax and stream a movie marathon while the chef of the group whips up delicious delights in the sophisticated kitchen. Brunch, barbecue, or cocktails can be served on the expansive balcony. Plush beds and affable bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures, with a washer/dryer for the ultimate convenience. At the end of the day, roast marshmallows and tell stories while witnessing cotton candy-colored skies as the sun sets. The Austin and San Antonio houses are just as lovely, comfortable, and perfect for nights of tranquility and relaxation.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
