Wonderful community with amenities. Not too far from the Rehoboth beach area, shopping and state park. Enough space and clean linens for everyone. Washing machine and dryer were helpful.

My family and I loved the community amenities that had pools, tennis court, valley ball , ping pong, children’s playground a basketball court….. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of linens.

Great Stay

Nice little house for a weekend at the beach. Not too far from the main strip. The house exceeded expectations and would stay there again if I come back.

The house was nice. It looks small from the outside however we had plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is poorly stocked with plastic dishes and worn out pans. The pool was a salt water which was a bonus!

We came down for a weekend at the beach before the kids start school. The house was perfect. The kids loved the pool and riding bikes.

Myself and children stayed for a few days. House needed some cleaning which was addressed with management. Nice location, not far from the beach and plenty of activities. Would love to see more tvs or a fan in the closed in porch to keep it cool. House ac was great and beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This home is very cute and suited our needs for the 8 of us over a two-night stay. We didn't spend much time in the house since we were visiting family in Lewes and outlet shopping most of the time. We had ample sleeping space however, the loft area (bedroom with two beds) isn't closed off so there is no privacy for changing. Overall the house is a good value and I'd stay again.

Beach week

My family has been staying at Angola by the Bay since I was a child. We have outgrown our other accommodations and I was so happy to find another house to rent in the same safe, beautiful community. We love being able to ride bike, play pickle ball, meet up with the cousins at the park, pool, or the crabbing dock. And of course we went out to the beach every day too. All that activity produced a lot of wet towels - we put the washer and dryer to use! Most of our cooking & meals were at another house my parents were staying at- which is good because there were not a lot of baking dishes. The older Kids had some good late night Monopoly games in the enclosed back porch. We appreciated having 3 bathrooms and the large bedroom spaces. If the allowed occupancy was higher we would invite one of my siblings families to stay with us, and I don’t think we would feel crowded. Thank you for the accommodations ! We enjoyed our time there.

Musty scent

The house had major cobwebs on every window when we pulled up to the house. Not very inviting. Inside was clean and the rooms were neat and the furnishings were fine. However, the dank, musty, mildew scent was overwhelming!! We only stayed a few days which was enough. Everything I owned had this awful scent. I would’ve open windows to air out the house but every window had the thick webbing on it. I didn’t rent this house to clean it!! Every morning I had a sinus headache. No I wouldn’t recommend this house nor would I rent it again.

Decent place to stay

Our stay was good, however there were a few things that need improvement. There were plenty of linens, dishes and silverware. The couch was comfy and there was enough seating in the living room. They provided dish detergent, laundry detergent, soap in the bathrooms. The place was clean for the most part, but the windows really need to be cleaned. There are sky lights in the loft but you cannot see out of them. Other windows had spider webs and were dusty. The loft area needs to be sprayed for insects. The house is in a wooded area. My daughter killed several insects while we were there. Lastly the back enclosed porch needs a fan, it is too hot to sit out there to eat and there is no other table to eat at in the house. We did use the bar stools at the kitchen counter daily to eat and they worked well. The community pool was great and the distance to Lewes beach and Rehoboth boardwalk was about 20 minutes with traffic.
