Livingroom on main level, 55 inch tv with Roku/Hulu and other streaming apps (you log into your accounts), Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 1) and chair.

Bedroom #1 -1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) Has room darkening curtains, hangers, air mattress (Sleeps 1) with extra pillows and plush and luggage rack

Bedroom #2 -2 twin beds (sleeps 2) ) Has room darkening curtains, luggage rack, iron, ironing board, pack and play.

Full Bathroom (upper level)- Hair dryer/toiletries/tub/shower

Laundry room - The laundry room is downstairs in the garage area, it has 1 washer and 1 dryer with some laundry detergent.

Pets are allowed, we do love them - Pet policy is dogs must be housebroken (not peepee pad trained), max 2 animals for this size of apartment, they are not allowed on furniture or beds, they MUST be crated when you leave them alone in the apartment. There is a $50 charge per pet (the platform only charges 1, we send you a request to pay for the extra one). Unannounced pet is $100.

Cats are allowed but they must be declawed and crated when you leave the apartment, they also are not allowed on furniture.
