About this property

You will walk in and fall in love with the amazing view of Lake LBJ (Colorado arm). Our new house is east facing and has large pecan trees to shade the yard and boat dock from the afternoon heat and sun. After using the gas BBQ grill, you can have dinner on the big back porch or down by the water. The backyard is a perfect spot to play cornhole or spike ball which Shady Breeze has on site.
A boat slip for a ski boat and 2 jet skis are available for use. The Lily pad is also fun to pullout and use. Don't forget your fishing gear!

Shady Breeze has 4 bedrooms. Downstairs has 2 master bedrooms. Both have a king bed, 43" TV and a bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed and full bath. The other has 4 XL twins beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. Every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. Upstairs also has a game room with a TV and foosball table.
The living room is spacious with a wall of windows facing the lake. It offers a 75" TV with Dish and streaming apps. Don't forget your passwords!

The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave, and full size refrigerator. The coffee maker is a Keurig. Don't forget your K-pods. There is also a toaster, blender and other kitchen items.

There is a new large washer/dryer for your use. There are 2 complimentary detergent pods, don't forget your favorite detergent.

Perfect fit

The house was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Loved the lily pad and the artificial turf allowed the kids a great playground. Only complaint would be all the add-on fees made it a bit pricey.

Exceptional Home and Location

Our family spent our after-Christmas get away here. This is truly a beautiful home with an exceptional layout. Also, the best stocked home we've stayed in, with quality cookware and kitchen items. The house was *very* clean and so comfortable, with quality furniture and beds throughout. We had a very relaxing, very enjoyable time here and would highly recommend.

Lakehouse GEM!

The Shady Breeze was a perfect fit for our family of ten. The floor plan is well thought out and allows enough space and privacy for everyone. It was fresh, clean and had everything needed for cooking. The beds were comfy with good quality linens. Communication with Deborah was spot-on. We'll be back!
