I am from the great state of Texas. As a family, we love visiting other areas of the country and I have found that hosting people in the locations that we love has been a great way to share the love of travel with others. I love making my properties a home away from home for my guests and with that mindset, I provide as many amenities as possible to make your stay enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
I chose this property because the home is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Holiday Beach. It is a family oriented area that is located within walking distance of the beach and the public boat docks on the lagoon side. There is Jaws superstore where you can pick up all the things you may want or need for the beach along with clothing and Finn's restaurant is a couple blocks over and can be easily walked to for a yummy bite.
What makes this property unique
My home has been created to host families and groups of friends. It has a spacious backyard along with an outdoor shower that makes getting cleaned up after a day at the beach a breeze. There is a grill and outdoor seating and the backyard games are a great way to hang out and enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach weather after a fun day at the beach. It is just 0.5 miles to the beach and is an easy walk.
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed and furnished so that you can relax and enjoy all the aspects of your trip. The master bedroom has a desk and comfortable chair that overlooks the backyard so that you may have a space to work as needed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances you may need and a cabinet that is stocked with fresh spices and seasonings.
There is an over-sized couch in the living room that several adults are able to spread out on and enjoy the 65" TV. And if you are competitive there is a pool table that is located between the kitchen and living room allowing for access to food via the pass through bar and a great view of the TV.
