Beautiful Country House in Atibaia Great House and Pool

The farm with 30 000m2 area and very green, warm and nice place is located in atibaia, good view neighborhood, just 6km from the center with great access. The house has 3 suites with a double bed and two bunk beds each, ceiling fans, 2 living rooms, toilet, kitchen and balcony. Very well maintained and equipped. Pisicina 4 x9 with whirlpool. large covered area with barbecue, tables and chairs and another bathroom. Two lakes for fishing allowed.
Comfortably accommodates 20 people overnight and up to 80 (in covered area) for parties, events, group dynamics, etc. Ample space for cars, safe place with homemade.
Small pets are allowed.

O imóvel é muito bom, limpo e organizado. Com ótima localização e o wi-fi funciona muito bem na sala. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente. O endereço é melhor pegar com o proprietário pelas coordenadas que fica mais preciso do que pelo mapa.

A localização é ótima, tem um contato maravilhoso com a natureza, bem no meio de muito "verde", a casa bem conservada e limpa e todo o espaço é ótimo. Lugar ótimo pra relaxar e curtir um bom fim de semana com os amigos (acomoda 20 pessoas perfeitamente). Fizemos ums festa julina, foi permitido fazer fogueira e o caseiro preparou tudo pra gente. A dona da casa Lúcia é muito atenciosa e a negociação foi muito boa. Todos amaram a hospedagem.

Fui duas vezes ao Recanto do Xara, na casa 2. Super recomendo, os proprietários e o caseiro são bem atenciosos, e o local é ótimo. Ambiente caseiro, tudo muito limpinho e tem de tudo. Como todo mato, tem muitos insetos e mosquitos. Recomendo aos proprietários colocarem telas nas janelas e portas, para maior conforto a noite, fora isso só tenho elogios do local.
