About this property

Quiet, 4-bed home with a park view.

Park View is a 4 bed, 2 bath spacious home located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is conveniently located to local restaurants, schools, sporting events, and a short drive to many beautiful hikes and outdoor areas. This home is furnished to welcome anyone from a large family to a single guest in the area for work. We are just yards from walking trails and an accessible park, which was opened in 2022.

The master bedroom is a queen bed with en suite bath and a large walk-in closet. The en suite is a full bath with a walk in shower, no tub.

We have a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, that is perfect for kids and adults alike.

The two additional bedrooms are both queen beds with large closet space.

The living room has more than enough seating for our guests, a large smart tv, and electric fireplace that can be used on cold evenings.

The dining room has a table with 8 chairs for family meals and adjoins the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a coffee pot (with coffee provided), and we also provide cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc).

We also have a sunroom area with seating. This is a smaller room with a fold out futon where you will find books and family friendly games.

Amenities:

Complementary WiFi is provided at Park View which can accommodate streaming video and a work from home space with 1GB internet.

A full-size washer and dryer is on-site along with complimentary detergent for use.

House Rules:

-Strict NO PET and NO SMOKING policy
-NO PETS of any kind
-NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO DRUGS
-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
-Please no food or drinks in the bed.
-Please do not open the windows.
-Please do not burn candles.
-Please be mindful of noise from 10 pm to 7 am.
-No extra guests without prior approval from the hosts.
-Please do not move the furniture and décor around in the house.
-The booking guest and all other guests agree to and abide by the rules and guidelines provided.
-Please do not forget to turn off the lights and lock the door when you leave the house.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed the time we spend here even though we worked the whole time we were in town, as we were in town for work. Randa was wonderful to work with and even had to extend our stay. very accommodating.

Peace and quiet

House was as described and located in a nice neighborhood. Location is central to the town of Clarksville and the mountains to the north. We had a great time cruising the Arkansas vistas.

Family Home Away From Home

This was the sweetest place for our family to stay. It had everything we could possibly think we needed. Toys and games for the kids, plates, cups, coffee and even some great snacks! We felt so at home during our short stay. The hosts thought of everything. Thank you for everything.

Home Away from Home

Property was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a "home" base when visiting my Dad for his 90th birthday celebration. The roperty was as described in a quiet neighborhood setting. Lots of little extra touches made us feel welcome and at home. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit .

Nice, clean house!

We very much enjoyed staying at this house. The location is perfect, allowing us easy access to ride our Harleys in the northern part of Arkansas. The house is clean, well-appointed, and stocked with all the basics, as advertised. The hostess, Randa Williams, was awesome! Very effective communications and also provided us some goodies (snacks, fruit, water) in the house upon our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house to stay in with children

We came into town to attend a funeral and decided to stay in this VRBO over a hotel because we have a teenager and young child. This way everyone had their own space. Our youngest was obsessed with the bunk beds. We also appreciated that the house had a washer and dryer. We will definitely be booking this house again when we come back into town.
