Lovely Property

Great space and perfect location for our day trips to Disney, Universal, and Lego Land. My kids loved the pool and video games, and I loved the Peloton bike. We also enjoyed the club house lazy river and arcade. The owners were immediately responsive to our questions. We would’ve loved new carpeting throughout, more blankets, and more bath towels.

Disney trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. In fact, our grandsons didn't want to leave. There were a few minor things that needed attention when we arrived and Stani and her husband were very quick to tend to our needs. We definitely would stay at a property managed by Stani in the future.

Great location, very clean and well stocked.

Stani was very accommodating, we had to reschedule due to COVID and she didn’t even question it. She was very responsive to all our questions. The house was as pictured and very clean when we arrived. It was also very well stocked. All bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was also both dishwasher and laundry detergent. The location is within minutes to stores and restaurants as well as the parks and Disney Springs! We will definitely rent this home again!

Absolutely as described. Beds and furniture comfortable. Very well maintained home. The Peloton was why I booked it so I brought my shoes and clipped in. The hot tub and pool was clean and relaxing. Smart tvs throughout the home. I would stay again. Thanks!

Spring Break for the Family

The house was amazing. Very clean and plenty of space. We thought about going with another family and we absolutely could have given the space here. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids on our 'down days'. Disney was just a short 20 min away and Cocoa beach was only a little over an hour away. When we weren't exploring FL we relaxed by the pool at the house or the pool and lazy river by the club house in the neighborhood. The clubhouse was a short walk away which was nice and the pool side bar there had great food and drinks which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this house!

We loved this house and our stay so much! We were only there for 3 nights and were so sad to leave. This house literally had everything and every question or concern we had was answered within minutes! This house was perfect for our family! The outdoor area was the best with the pool, hot tub and TV! Could have stayed there all day! We would absolutely stay again!

A great way to bring in the New Year

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Stani was very responsive and answered all of our questions in minutes. The setup was beautiful, especially the pool area and the loft. The kids LOVED the pool and were in it every day! The adults enjoyed the hot tub and cooked meals together in the kitchen. The only downside was the gate access. Wish we had a key code instead of calling and waiting for the security guard to answer each time. Thank you!!

Gas Grill

The major dissatisfaction was the Gas Grill. It was clean for sure. The level of BTUs it put out was too low to really Grill. I would not stay at this home we loved again because of the grill. We planned a great last night grill night. Took 2hours plus plus to cook meat that was started at room temperature. If upgraded to a higher btu grill, let us know. Next year we plan to come back but the grill makes this property a NO

Hi Stephen, We are very happy you Loved our home! We wished you would have shared your challenges with the grill with us as we live just a few doors down and would have come in minutes to help out! We checked the grill as soon as we saw your feedback and found it working as normal. I am not sure if you just hadn't turned the gas on at the tank, or maybe the gas in the tank was low. We have rented the home for a while now and the BBQ was used on a regular basis. No issue was ever noted! As I said, I really wish you had called for help as we could have resolved the issue very quickly and ensured you had a great experience your last evening. You are welcome back any time! Fantastic stay!

We had the best stay ever for my son’s 6th birthday! Three kids and 7 adults and there was plenty of space! Stani was fantastic start to finish! Will definitely stay there again!

Family Disney Vacation

The entire process from booking through check out was a breeze. We were able to get into the house a little early which was great for us. The house was immaculate with everything there we needed. Even a stroller, pack and play, booster seat and wait for it...a Peloton! There was lots of room to spread out and we loved having the pool and hot tub. My 5 year was so excited. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every evening to help out sore muscles from walking miles at the parks each day. The community is only about 7 minutes from restaurants, a Publix, target and some other shops. It’s also super easy to get to the parks from here. Also anytime I had a question Stani was quick to respond. We would return!

Lima Avenue property

The vacation property we stayed at was beyond our expectations. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Stani was wonderful to work with and always responded when I messaged with a question. It was also very affordable. We would not have been able to stay at a hotel as comfortable as we did here for my family of six. And the price was cheaper than a hotel.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and lovely property. Everything is just as pictured. Kitchen is fully stocked with dish ware for in home meals. Each room has a TV for movie nights or relaxation. Although we weren’t home most of the time, we had issues with wifi connection throughout our stay, which the TVs relied on. Stani got right on it and did her best to fix the problem! Would stay here again!

Best Stay Ever!!!

This had been the best weekend getaway we’ve had. We live in Miami and travel to Orlando about 2-3 times a year. This stay has been the best so far. The house is the cleanest, nicest, most stocked, reliable home qe’ve Ever stayed in. Most properties don’t have the extras as this one did. This property had it all from dish & washer detergent, sponges, and the kitchen was FULLY stocked. Trust me from the many trips we’ve take this is not the norm. This property owner really knows how to host. To top it off this property is dressed to impress. I absolutely LOVE the decorations as well as the bed linen. The home is FABULOUS. Thank you Stani. I have saved this home for future stays. We plan to return in October .

Summer getaway

First of all I would like to say how amazingly beautiful this property is. The pictures were accurate and description of amenities were on point. The home was immaculate when we arrived and had all the amenities needed to basically move in. The pool was clean and there was enough patio furniture and area to relax and play in the water. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to prepare gourmet meals (which we did for almost all our meals). The refrigerator was large and spotless and dishwasher quiet. The large island accomodated a lot of our informal meals, while the dining room was spacious enough to allow us to sit and share a nice wine. The bedrooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, and beds were quite confortable. Bathrooms were clean and had sufficient linens. One of the great amenities of this home is the large entertaiment area in the second story. This allowed for people to watch TV or play video games while other members of our party were able to enjoy conversations with some music downstairs. The home was centrally located and easily accesible as we were not familiar with the Orlando metro area. Lots of shopping and groceries store within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The complex was gated and secured which brought us peace of mind. Our hostes was available for any inquires or questions we had, She was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help us at any time. Thank you so much. We had a blast and hope to come back for another great vacation.

Spacious Clean House

Overall our stay was very nice, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the house. We would definitely stay again in the future. The only negative was that the propane tank for the grill was empty, so we couldn’t grill out as planned - not a huge issue and if we had been staying longer we probably would have inquired with the property manager to have it refilled.
